CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will also incur a 50% no-show fee. If you are unable to attend, you may arrange for a family member or friend to take your place. However, it is your responsibility to notify us of this change in advance. Please note that arriving late will result in a shortened treatment time, as appointments must end at their scheduled time. Full payment for the reserved service will still be required. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.
